Process Review of the Top-charged Coke Ovens Being Changed into Stamp-charged Ones

Process and technical features of the stamp-charged coke ovens were given,and the comparison between top-charged coke ovens and the stamp-charged ones were made.The required revamping for the coal blending system and the coal tower,and also the lowering of the integral platform on the machine side of the coke oven were introduced in case top-charged coke ovens are to be changed into stamp-charged ones.Analysis on possible problems that may come across during the change were made,and in the mean time,measures for improvement were also suggested.It made clear the feasibility of changing the top-charged coke ovens into stamp-charged ones,and it also stated that there shall be remarkable economic benefits if such changes are made.On top of that,the return period of investment is very short.
