我国聚丙烯技术的现状及发展

综述了我国聚丙烯(PP)催化剂、生产工艺和产品开发的现状及发展趋势。我国相继研制的代表性PP催化剂已实现工业化生产,成功替代了进口产品。今后应加快开发大型化的PP成套技术和适合于生产高性能产品的新工艺、新催化剂,尽快占领高附加值的PP产品市场,应对未来的国内外挑战。

Status quo and development of PP technologies in China

This paper reviewed current status and development trend of catalyst systems,technologies and grade developments of polypropylene (PP) in China.The domestic representative catalysts invented successively in each development phase of PP industry have been already commercialized and extensively applied as alternatives of foreign catalysts.The development of integrated PP technology with large capacity is supposed to be strengthened in the years to come.Novel technologies and new catalyst systems suitable to the production of PP resin with high performance shall be highlighted in order to promptly enter the market of high added value PP products and cope with the future challenges from inside and outside China.
