超临界火电机组特点及控制方式分析

摘    要:为保证超临界直流锅炉机组长期安全、稳定、经济运行,通过对比超临界直流锅炉和汽包锅炉,总结了超临界直流锅炉的设计、性能及其在运行控制上的特点,结合其生产过程所呈现的多变量、大惯性、非线性、分布参数和时变、系统间耦合性较强的动态特性,选择主控方式、控制好给水量、中间点焓值、煤水比以及补偿、解耦等几个主要技术问题,重点分析了锅炉给水控制、煤水比控制,提出了超临界锅炉的控制策略。
