X65管线钢连续冷却转变实验研究及动力学模型

摘    要:采用热膨胀仪对X65管线钢进行了连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线)的研究。用光学显微镜观察在不同冷速下的显微组织,得到了实验钢种的连续冷却组织转变规律。在冷却速度为0.9~9℃/s范围内观察到较明显粒状贝氏体组织。采用回归方法,建立了相变温度-冷速关系模型和冷速为0.03℃/s时的相变动力学模型,结果显示预测值与实验值有较好的吻合。

Continuous cooling transformation behavior and kinetic model of X65 pipeline steel

Abstract:Continuous cooling transformation curve of X65 pipeline steel was determined using thermal dilatometer.Microstructure of the steel at different cooling rates was observed by optical microscope.The characteristics of microstructure transformation of X65 pipeline steel was studied and granular bainite was clearly observed in the cooling rate range of 0.9-9 ℃/s.The model of phase transformation temperature and cooling rate was built by regression analysis method.The phase transformation kinetics model at a cooling rate 0.03 ℃/s is also proposed.Results show that the predicted values and the experimental data exhibits a good agreement.
