智能电能表自动化检定流水线表位检测准确性研究

摘    要:摘要:针对电能表自动化检定流水线表位由于隔离变压器带载能力、电流回路继电器、压线机构接触性能等可能导致的隐患问题。文中采用普通标准电能表、智能电能表和兼容智能电能表电气特性、尺寸及外部结构型制的高精度微型标准电能表(以下简称安装式标准电能表),对电能表自动化检定流水线表位进行不同方法的空载和带载检测。通过分析检测数据,进行电能表自动化检定流水线表位带载检测的必要性研究,基于研究分析提出了高效、可靠的检测方案。最后,通过实例验证,基于安装式标准电能表对电能表自动化检定流水线表位的带载检测方案,检测准确度明显提升,实现了对电能表自动化检定流水线表位准确性的判断。

Abstract:Abstract: Aiming at the potential problems that may be caused by the load capacity of isolation transformer, current circuit relay, contact performance of wire pressing mechanism and so on. In this paper, the electrical characteristics of ordinary standard watt hour meter, intelligent watt hour meter and compatible intelligent watt hour meter are adopted High precision miniature standard watt hour meter with size and external structure (hereinafter referred to as the installed standard watt hour meter), carry out different methods of no-load and on-load detection of the meter position in the automatic verification pipeline of watt hour meter. By analyzing the detection data, study the necessity of on-load detection of the meter position in the automatic verification pipeline of watt hour meter, and put forward an efficient and reliable detection scheme based on the research and analysis. Finally, through an example verification, based on the installed standard The on-load detection scheme of the watt hour meter for the meter position of the automatic verification pipeline of the watt hour meter significantly improves the detection accuracy, and realizes the judgment of the meter position accuracy of the automatic verification pipeline of the watt hour meter.
