大功率柴油机用新型增压器的研制

摘    要:针对我国内燃机车用大功率柴油机自主开发了一种新型增压器。这种增压器采用了无水冷、高效宽流量压气机叶轮、大腔体等新结构和新技术,标定点压比为3.5~3.6,流量为4.3~4.5 kg/s,单台配机功率为2 330 kW,增压器配机总效率达到61%以上。目前,该型增压器已通过各种考核性试验,达到预期指标。文中介绍了新型涡轮增压器的结构、性能、新压气机叶轮、涡轮开发的过程和增压器的试验情况。

The Development of the New Type of Turbocharger in High Power Diesel Engine

Abstract:Dalian Locomotive Research Institute Co. Ltd. independently developed a new type of turbocharger for the high power diesel engine of diesel locomotive in China. The turbocharger uses some new structures and new technologies, such as no water cooling, compressor with high efficiency and wide flow range, big cavity. The pressure ratio of design point is 3.5 - 3.6, the flow rate is 4.3 - 4.3 kg/s. A single turbocharger matching diesel engine power is 2 330 kW, the total efficiency is 61% or more. At present, the type of turbocharger has been through a variety of assessment test, the desired targets have been achieved. This paper introduces the new type of structure, performance of the turbocharger, the process of the development of new compressor, turbine impeller and the experiments.
