电液伺服加载系统的自适应PID控制

摘    要:
在频域分析的基础上针对电液伺服加载系统的特点设计了自适应PID控制器,并给出了数字仿真和系统实际运行的结果,通过对比说明所提的控制方案可以使电液伺服加载系统的性能得到显著提高。

The Adaptive PID Control of Electrohydraulic Servo Loading System
Abstract:
A new adaptive PID controller is developed for electrohydraulic servo loading system (EHSLS) in this paper. On the basis of frequency domain analysis and practical tests, the EHSLS is modeled at 6 typical points with transfer functions. From the established 6 transfer functions, there are 6 PID controllers designed. The factor which causes the transfer function variation is the loading gradient. The parameters of the PID controller can be described as the functions of the loading gradient. The digital simulation( Figs.4 through 7) and practical application results (Fig.8) show that the suggested controller can make the performances of the EHSLS improved remarkably.
