摘    要:根据电力电子变换技术在电源领域的应用,设计了10kW大功率的移相控制全桥变换器。该变换器主电路采用全桥拓扑结构,控制电路采用PWM移相控制芯片UCC3895。详述了主电路变压器、滤波电感、滤波电容和谐振电感的参数设计,介绍了PWM移相控制电路和反馈控制电路的设计。通过对样机的测试结果分析,验证了理论设计的合理性。

Abstract:According to the application of power electronic transformation technology in the field of power supply,the paper designed a phase shift control full bridge converter of 10kW high-power.The main circuit of the converter adopts full bridge topology structure,and control circuit using the phase shift PWM control chip UCC3895.It also described in detail the main circuit transformer,filter inductor,filter capacitor and resonant inductance parameter design.It then introduced the phase shift PWM control circuit and the feedback control circuit design.Based on the prototype test results analysis,it finally validated the rationality of the theoretical design.
