摘    要:针对新能源微网系统中风电消纳能力不足,文章将小抽蓄作为储能系统与新能源微网系统组成风抽蓄联合发电系统,有效促进风电的充分消纳、提高微电网的电能质量和提升微电网运行的经济性.构建了风电-小抽蓄联合系统,然后建立了包括各项成本和效益的综合经济效益计算模型,以最大年综合效益选择最优小抽蓄配置方案,优化调度风电和小抽蓄资源,计算不同单位容量成本下的综合效益和投资回收年限.算例表明,小抽蓄单位容量成本不大于6倍传统大抽蓄时,具有经济合理性,初步说明小抽蓄有望解决中国风电消纳问题.

Abstract:In view of the lack of wind power consumption capacity in the new energy micro-grid system, this paper will use small pumping storage as the energy storage system and the new energy micro-grid system to form a wind pumping and storage joint power generation system,effectively enhancing the system inertia of the micro-grid and increasing the economic benefits of the micro-grid. Firstly, a joint system combining wind power and then a comprehensive economic benefit calculation model including various costs and benefits was established. Finally, the optimal small pumping allocation plan was selected with the maximum annual comprehensive benefit to optimize the dispatching of wind power and small pumping resources. Case analysis shows that small pumped storage has good economic rationality when its unit capacity cost is not more than 6 times as much as that of traditional pumped storage. It indicates feasibility of small pumped storage in solving wind power accommodation problem.
