姜精油的 GC-MS 分析

摘    要:
通过对超临界CO2萃取法和水蒸汽蒸馏法得到的姜精油的GC MS分析和对比.以色谱峰面积归一法计算,CO2萃取法含量最高的姜醇占26.00%,水汽法含量最高的是姜烯,占16.17%.即前者明显含有体现生姜独特风味的姜辣素,这是超临界萃取的特色和优势之一.

Abstract:
The paper discusses the GC-MS analytic results on two kinds of essential oil of ginger,which are obtained by vapor distillation and by supercritical CO2 extraction respectively.It is found that the latter includes zingiberol series compounds aboundantly,which represent the special sapor of ginger well.This is one of the characteristics and advantages of supercritical fluid extraction.
