采场瓦斯运移规律仿真模拟研究

摘    要:基于工作面上隅角瓦斯容易积聚、回风流中超限问题,利用Fluent仿真模拟方法,建立综放面采场瓦斯运移的数学模型,对采场使用局部通风机吹散上隅角瓦斯和瓦斯尾巷调节上隅角风流进行仿真模拟,分析得到:当局部通风机风速为20m/s时对上隅角瓦斯扰动性效果最好;确定工作面供风量为1900m3/min和尾巷步距为50m时防治上隅角瓦斯效果最佳.数值仿真研究结果可为上隅角瓦斯治理提供一定的理论参考.

Abstract:Based on the issues of the gas easy gather in the upper corner and transfinite in the return corner on working surface,this paper uses the method of Fluent numerical simulation to build the math pattern of the gas migration in mechanized coal face,introduces local-ventilator "blows away" the upper corner gas and fully-mechanized caving roadway by gas tail regulate with gas migration in gob.The results show that the upper corner gas disturbance effect is the best when the local-ventilator wind speed is 20 m/s,and it also determines that the face wind amount being 1 900 m3/min and caving roadway step away from the upper corner being 50 m is the best effect on gas prevention.The numerical research results can provide some theoretical reference for the gas controlling in the upper corner.
