逆变焊接电源磁性元件的应用和设计

摘    要:逆变焊接电源磁性元件包括中频开关变压器、谐振电感、输出整流滤波电路中的直流电抗器等,是组成逆变电源的关键元件,对逆变电源的整体性能、体积、质量具有决定性影响.分析了逆变焊接电源中频开关变压器、谐振电感、直流电抗器等主要磁性元件的设计方法,包括磁心材料与规格的选取、线圈匝数和导线的计算以及电感和电抗器磁心气隙宽度的计算等.

Abstract:The magnetic components used in the inverter welding power source,including the middle-frequency swieth transformer, the inductances used in resonance circuit and in direct current,are crucial ones in the power source.It is the base for an excellent inverter welding power source to design reliable and reasonable magnetic components.The designing methods of the magnetic components which are practical and simple in practice are presented in the paper.
