基于WebGIS的形变监测成果管理与展示系统

摘    要:随着空间对地观测技术在地表形变监测中的广泛应用,对形变监测成果管理与展示的需求日益增加。一方面,全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)和合成孔径干涉雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar Interferometry,InSAR)等测量技术监测获取的数据量越来越大、类型越来越多,急需进行有效管理;另一方面,监测成果的展示效果需要更加直观和人性化。基于网络地理信息系统(WebGIS)的技术,通过OpenLayers地图框架和ASP.NET技术(Active Server Pages.NET Framework,ASP.NET),采用依比例分级展示点云数据的方法可视化InSAR数据,采用依比例生成有向线段的方法可视化GPS速度数据;开发了形变监测成果在线展示系统,利用数据库技术规范了监测数据的存储,实现了变形监测成果的高效科学管理,提高了形变监测成果的展示、编辑、管理的效率。

Abstract:With the wide application of space-to-earth observation technology in surface deformation monitoring, there is an increasing demand for the management and display of deformation monitoring results. On the one hand, effective management is needed to deal with the rapidly increasing data amounts from growing numbers of measuring frequencies and monitoring technologies (such as GPS and InSAR). On the other hand, the demonstration effect of the results obtained from the monitoring needs to be more intuitive and humane. In order to solve these two problems, based on the technology,this paper develops an online display system of deformation monitoring results throughOpenLayersmapframeworkand ASP.NET technology.In this system, InSAR data can be visualized by presenting point cloud data in a scale and GPS velocity data can be visualized by generating directed line segments in a scale.By using database to standardize the storage of monitoring data, this system has realized the efficient scientific management of the deformation monitoring results and greatly improved the efficiency of the displayeffect, editing ability and management efficiencyof the deformation monitoring results.
