以工程结构可靠性的内涵要点为出发点，从现行国内外评估规范、标准、指南和研究成果的角度，分别对服役公路桥梁可靠性评估体系、耐久性评估、适用性评估、安全性评估的研究和应用现状进行阐述。结合服役公路桥梁结构特点、服役状况和维修养护需求，指出公路桥梁可靠性评估存在的问题和需补充完善的内容。通过对比国内外可靠性评估具体内容的特点和要点，诠释了服役公路桥梁可靠性评估的内涵，提出了具有针对性的服役公路桥梁可靠性评估体系，并补充完善了耐久性评估、适用性评估、安全性评估的具体内容，据此，论述所提可靠性评估体系的先进性和全面性。

Study on some reliability evaluation problems of existing highway bridges

Based on the key points of definition on the engineering structure reliability, the research and application status of the reliability evaluation system, the durability evaluation, the serviceability evaluation and the safety evaluation of the existing service Highway bridge were expounded in view of evaluation guide and research results. Considering the characteristics of the actual bridge structure and the service condition and the requirement for maintenance, the problems for above contents and the further improved contents were point out. By comparing the characteristics and the points of the reliability assessment content at home and abroad, the connotation of the reliability evaluation of the service Highway bridge was interpreted, and a specific reliability evaluation system of the service Highway bridge was put forward, and the contents of durability evaluation, applicability evaluation and safety assessment were complemented respectively. At last, the advanced and comprehensiveness of the proposed reliability evaluation system were discussed.
