摘    要:有限差分方法可用于分析气动制动系统中管路部分气柱波动的问题,考虑管路中脉动是作为引起管路振动的主要原因。由于紧致插值方法在液流体的研究中相对成熟,而将该方法用于气动分析过程中。利用分析精度更高、稳定性更强的紧致插值方法对管路波动情况进行分析,经MATLAB软件进行仿真分析后,通过气动管路仿真分析频率的相对误差。研究表明:气动管路中的稳定气流通过紧致插值方法分析下的精确度更高,为后续分析管路中气柱的研究提供了有效的方法。

Abstract:The finite difference method can use to analyze the problem of gas column fluctuation in the pipeline of the pneumatic brake system. Considering the pulsation in the pipeline is the main cause of the pipeline vibration. Since the constrained interpolation profile method is relatively mature in the study of liquid fluids, the method uses in the pneumatic analysis process.The pipeline interpolation is analyzed by the constrained interpolation profile method with higher analysis accuracy and stronger stability. After the simulation analysis by MATLAB software, the relative error of frequency is analyzed by pneumatic pipeline simulation. The research shows that the steady flow in the pneumatic pipeline is more accurate under the analysis of the constrained interpolation profile method, which provides an effective method for the subsequent analysis of the gas column in the pipeline.
