比例电磁铁特性测试系统研究

摘    要:比例电磁铁的静、动态特性与电液比例阀的工作点匹配有着紧密联系,其动态响应性能在高精度、高频响的液压控制系统中更是至关重要。为获取完整的电磁铁性能指标,根据相关标准研制了比例电磁铁特性测试系统。采用滚珠丝杠和步进电机构成高精度进给平台,通过多功能数据采集卡完成数据采集和驱动控制,并基于LabVIEW开发环境下的生产者/消费者模式搭建测试系统的上位机软件,最终实现电磁铁静、动态特性的自动测试与分析。实验结果表明,该测试系统功能全面,测试结果准确,能为比例电磁铁的研究设计提供实验支撑。

Abstract:The static and dynamic characteristics of proportional solenoid are closely related to proportional valves work point matching. Its dynamic performance is even more critical in high precision and frequency hydraulic control system. In order to obtain complete characteristics of proportional solenoid, a test system is built according to relative standards. The high precision feeding platform is realized with a set of ball screw and stepper motor. A multifunctional data acquisition card is used both in data acquisition and drive control. The system software is developed based on producer/consumer pattern in LabVIEW environment. And thus solenoid characteristic test process and data analysis functions are automated. Experiments show that all the characteristic tests for proportional solenoid are realized, and the results are accurate to provide experimental support for both research and design in proportional solenoid.
