| 摘 要： | PERT[Program Evaluation Review Technique]是一种设计、开发大型工程项目的有效管理工具.本文运用系统工程知识,将PERT这一方法进一步扩充,并用C语言加以实现,使管理人员能通过计算机对大型工程运行过程进行调控,使工程按期完成.本系统软件扩充部分包括PERT/时间软件包、PERT/费用软件包,PERT最优日程缩短方法,使许多问题都可用本文研制的支持系统很好地解决.

| Abstract: | PERT is a kind of efficient managerial tool for designing and exploiting large-scale engineering projects. With the application of systems engineering to further develop PERT, and with the use of C language, managers are enabled to adjust and control the procession of large - scale engineering projects to be completed on schedule. The strengthening part of the software in this system include PERT/time software parcel, PERT/cost software parcel and optimum time - saving method of PERT. Many problems can be well solved by using this support system. |
