封闭周转轮系内部的功率流和传动效率的分析

摘    要:通过分析周转轮系转化机构中的传动比,以及中心轮a和内齿圈b的转速和的符号关系,能准确的分析轮系的功率流向和循环功率;利用传动比法分析闭式差动周转轮系的效率计算问题,能准确地计算出啮合效率.并通过分析啮合功率流向和循环功率流,得出合理的选择传动型式、齿数、结构组成以及输入构件或输出构件,能有效的避免封闭功率,提高传动效率.

Abstract:The direction of the power flow and circulating power flow are exactly determined,through analyzing the symbol relation of the drive ratio in the fixed carrier train,the rotato speed of the corner gear and the ring gear.It analyse the efficiency calculation of the closed epicyclic gear trains by the drive ratio method,which can exactly calculate the meshing efficiency.Through analyzing the direction of the power flow and circulating power flow,it is known that the closed power can be avoided and the meshing...
