| 摘 要： | 为了研究水生植物菱中的保健功能成分,用95%乙醇提取菱,并用极性不同的溶剂萃取提取液,继而用硅胶薄层将萃取液进行分离,结果表明菱中确实含有黄酮类化合物,菱作为一种具有保健作用的功能食品非常有开发价值。

| Abstract: | In order to discover the main components of the water chestnut, the kernel of this plant was distilled with 95% alcoholas reference. Then solvents with different polarities were used to extract the liquor. Some flavone appeared in line after beingseparated in silica gel film. |
