白檀油的理化性质及其制备生物柴油的研究

摘    要:研究了白檀油的理化性质和以该油制备生物柴油的工艺。结果表明:白檀出油率为20.0%;白檀油是以含棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸为主的油脂,其中不饱和脂肪酸质量分数高达76.74%以上;白檀油脂理化性质、脂肪酸组成及质量分数符合生物柴油要求;应用L9(34)正交试验得出白檀油酯交换反应的最佳条件为:油醇物质的量比1∶6、催化剂用量为油质量的1.2%、反应时间2 h、反应温度60℃,转化率为92.0%。对生物柴油性能检测表明,它与0#柴油的主要性能相接近,是一种理想的0#柴油的替代品。

Abstract:Physiochemical properties of Symplocos paniculata oil and the preparing technics for bio-diesel were studied in this paper.The results showed the oil yield of seeds: 20.0%.The oil is a grease mainly containing palmitc acid,stearic acid,oleic acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acid.Mass fraction of unsaturated fatty acids is up to 76.74%.Physiochemical properties,compositions and mass fraction of fatty acid of the oils is consistent with the bio-diesel standards.The optimum conditions of esterification with pi...
