摘 要: | 介绍一种利用电阻变化来测量微小压差的方法,文中阐述了微压计的工作原理、推导了电压表示数与电阻关系计算公式并进行了误差分析,最后进行了实验验证。结果表明:该微压计测量精度很高,实验数据与理论符合较好,而且参数——压力差与电压差之间是线性关系。此外,此种微压计的测量范围比较大,实验时做到3~1000Pa。

The principle and the experimental study of electric resistance micro-pressure |

Abstract: | Introduced a micro-pressure measurement method by changing electric resistance.Illuminated the operating principle of micro-barometer,the formula deduction,the error analysis,and the experimental verification in the end.Results indicates that the micro-barometer has the characteristics of higher accuracy,the quite satisfactory between the experimental result and theory.Furthermore,the parameters between micro-pressure and electric voltage are linear relation.Besides,the equipment has a wider range of measurement,from 3 to 1000 Pa while experimentation. |
