| Abstract: | The factors influencing the stability are discussed in details, including the stable agent system,the viscosity of continuous phase ,the value of pH ,electrolyte ,temperature ,the interracial free energy , process etc .This paper also summarizes the best conditions of stability about concentrated emulsion system. |
