丁苯橡胶胎面胶性能比较

摘    要:对3种不同聚合技术生产的ESBR 1500,SSBR 2305,SSBR 1204的硫化特性、力学性能及作轮胎胎面胶的性能进行了比较。结果表明:所选择的3种试样硫化胶的力学性能和加工性能相近。SSBR混炼胶的硫化速度快于ESBR。硫化胶经老化后,SSBR的拉伸强度下降幅度大于ESBR;SSBR的抗湿滑性优于ESBR,滚动阻力小于ESBR。SSBR 1204压缩温升比SSBR 2305和ESBR的低,耐久性能较SSBR 2305和ESBR的高。2种SSBR的单胎平均行驶里程及单位磨耗基本接近,优于ESBR者。

Abstract:The curing properties and mechanic al properties of three types of SBR,including ESBR1500,SSBR 2305and SSBR 1204,and their prop-erties for tread rubber were analyze d and com-pared.The results showed that their mechanical properties and processability were similar.SSBR had faster curing rate than that of ESBR,the abrasionresistance,durability,wet skid re sistance and rolling loss of SSBR were superior to those of ESBR,and it was suitable for tread rubber.
