摘    要:主要针对氨浸法生产的钼酸铵溶液中少量钨的分离,以Fe(NO3)3.9H2O为原料,以新生态Fe(OH)3为载体共沉淀钨,通过对pH值、用量、陈化时间和加入方式进行实验分析,确定最佳工艺条件,除钨后的钼产品中杂质钨含量低于150 mg/kg,符合新国标零级品的标准。

Abstract:This paper studies the separation of a small amount of tungsten from the ammonium molybdate solution by ammonia leaching.Taking Fe(NO3)3·9H2O as raw materials and new eco-Fe(OH)3 co-precipitation of tungsten as a carrier,the optimum conditions were identified by studying the pH value,the amount of aging time and the way of adding method.Tungsten content is less than 150 mg/kg complying with the new national standard criteria of zero grade in molybdenum products after the addition of tungsten.
