半导体激光器在磁场和电场中的光电特性的实验研究

摘    要:本文研究了电场和磁场对半导体激光器光电特性的影响.研究结果表明,在磁场较强的情况下,对器件的输出光功率、微分量子效率、光发散角特性有影响,而电场对器件的工作特性无影响。

Abstract:This paper studies the influence of electric and magnetic field on the photoe- lectric characteristics of semiconductor laser.the results of the study show that the characteristics of optical output power,differential quantum effciency and optical divergence are influenced by stronger magnetic field but has no effect on any electric field.
