Enlightenment of Full Life Cycle Cost Management to the Ecological Housing

The management of full life cycle cost for construction project is a theory and method expected to minimize the total expenses spent in every stages including the prophase of item construction, the construction period, the management and maintenance period, backout period etc. To build the ecological housing means increasing new materials and new technique in quantity as well as function, which therefore will boost the developing costs and the full costs of the item. This paper tries to discuss the issue of ecological housing value with the theory of full life cycle cost for construction project.
