视频会议流媒体录播技术研究与开发

针对目前视频会议录播方式的现状，文章提出一种可以实现和IPTV、流媒体相结合的视频会议流媒体录播方案。这种录播方案将流媒体终端作为虚拟终端加入会议，采用流媒体服务器存储会议码流。应用结果表明，利用流媒体服务器的直播／点播服务模块，能够将视频会议和流媒体、IPTV、PC客户端等有效地结合起来，对视频会议与IPTV部分业务的融合与发展，起到一定的推进作用，具有一定的实用价值。

Study and Development of Stream Media Recording and Playing in Video Conference System

This paper discusses the scheme for implementing the function of recording and playing in video conference system using stream media. In this recording and playing scheme, the stream media is connected to video conference as a virtual terminal, and the conference information is recorded and stored in stream media server. This application shows that by using the broadcast and VOD service module of the stream media server, the video conference, stream media, IPTV and PC customer terminal can be effectively integrated. The technology and methods could fairly promote the integration and development of video conference and IPTV, and thus are of certain practical value.
