摘    要:介绍了具有我国自主知识产权的国内第一条双组分超细纤维纺粘水刺非织造布的生产工艺流程及特点,将复合纺丝技术与纺粘非织造布技术结合在一起,直接采取水刺剥离技术,将中空桔瓣型涤锦复合超细长丝开纤、固结、成布。展望了此种新型非织造材料在人工革基布等领域的应用前景。

Abstract:The first line of spunbonded hydro-entangled nonwovens made of bicomponent microfibers with proprietary intellectual property rights in China and its production process and machines characteristics are introduced.In combination of composite spinning process with spunbond and spunlace technologies, the orange-type bicomponent fibers are opened and bonded into web through hydro-entanglement.The application of the nonwovens in the field of artificial leather is prospected.
