| Abstract: | This article is based on the analysis of the present state of bad liabilities of the state owned enterprises.Then it states that the direct reason is the low benefit ration of capital use and the unreasonable woking system.Finally the article finds out some solutions to it,such as strengthening enterprises internal management, adjusting enterprises conducting structures and broadening the sources of capital. |
