水电工程安全监测设计中的人性化理念

传统水电工程安全监测设计工作中,在注重提升设计技术方案水平的时候,往往对参建的现场人员尤其是一线施工方人员人性化重视不足,造成设计方案在贯彻执行时存在诸多障碍,最终导致观测设施设备不完善,观测时存在许多不便,观测数据出现误差,以及成本浪费、监测系统功能的不足甚至是一线人员的安全问题。引入人性化的设计理念,意在冷冰冰的设计方案中引入对一线人员的关怀与尊重,形成可靠、实用、经济、有效、先进的人性化设计方案,最终达到双赢的目的。

Humanization Concept in Safety Monitoring Design of Hydropower Project

In the safety monitoring design work of traditional hydropower project,insufficient attention is paid to the humanization of field personnel,especially front-line constructors,which results in many obstacles in the implementation of design scheme.Finally,it leads to imperfect observation equipment,errors in observation data,cost waste,inadequate function of monitoring system and even safety problems of front-line personnel.The introduction of humanized design concept is intended to introduce care and respect for front-line personnel,so as to form reliable,practical,economic,effective and advanced humanized design schemes,and ultimately achieve win-win goals.
