焊接间隙对铝合金MIG焊组织性能的影响

摘    要:
文章主要选取6063铝合金挤压板材,采用熔化极惰性气体保护焊MIG进行对接工艺验证试验,通过焊接接头宏观形貌观察、X射线形貌观察、金相显微组织观察和性能分析,了解不同焊接间隙对焊接性能的影响,获得熔化极惰性气体保护焊MIG对母材间隙的要求.结果表明,MIG焊接0.5mm、1.0mm、1.5mm间隙板材焊缝组织性能良好.

Abstract:
In this paper,6063 aluminum alloy extruding plate is mainly selected and MIG is adopted for butt joint process verification test.The macroscopic morphology of the welded joint,the X-ray morphology are observed,the metallographic microstructure and the performance are observed and analyzed,the influences of different welding gaps on the welding performance are understood,and the requirements of MIG for the base material gap for the fusion inert gas welding are obtained.The results showed that the weld microstructure of MIG welded blanks of 0.5mm,1.0mm and 1.5mm is good.
