| 摘 要： | 某地下储气库共有3台往复压缩机,通常在每年4月至10月运行注气,年注气量在1.2亿方到1.8亿方之间。在压缩机的运行中,注油系统故障引起的停机次数占到压缩机故障停机总数的一半以上,给压缩机的运行管理带来了极大的困扰。系统总结了历年来压缩机组出现的注油系统故障情况,对故障原因进行总结分析,并对压缩机运行管理提出相关建议,以提高压缩机组运行可靠度。

| Abstract: | There are three reciprocating compressors in an underground gas storage,usually injecting gas from April to October every year.In the operation of compressor,the number of shutdowns caused by the failure of the oil injection system accounts for more than half of the total number of compressor failures,which brings great trouble to the operation management of compressor.This paper systematically summarizes the oil injection system failures that have occurred in compressor units over the years,summarizes and analyzes the causes of failures,and puts forward relevant recommendations for compressor operation management to improve the reliability of compressor operation. |
