| Abstract: | Taking the management of owners in the construction programs of the national and provincial highways,the paper illustrates the refinement characteristics in the program construction steps,such as the organization construction,the object management of programs,and the quality control management of An-Da highway program,so as to accumulate experience for the main-line project management. |
