深海油压动力源液压油黏度的选用研究

摘    要:深海油压动力源是目前深海动力源常用的动力源形式。从深海油压动力源所用液压油出发,介绍了液压油黏度性质及其对液压系统的影响。重点分析了在深海高压、低温环境下,液压油黏度的变化情况,并运用CFD软件对深海动力源齿轮泵内部流场进行了仿真分析,得出了在压力和温度对黏度的影响下,齿轮泵内部黏度的分布情况以及其对泵效率的影响。为动力源在深海环境下液压油的选用提供了科学依据。

Study in Option of Oil Viscosity of Deep sea Oil Hydraulic Power Source
Abstract:Deep-sea hydraulic oil power source is the most common power source in deep-sea at present. It was introduced of the hydraulic oil viscosity properties and its influence on the hydraulic system by started from oil used in the deep-sea hydraulic oil power source. The change of the hydraulic oil viscosity was analyzed emphatically under high pressure and low temperature environment in the deep-sea, and the computer flow dynamics ( CFD) software was used to simulate with analysis internal flow field of deep-sea power source’s gear pump. It is obtained of the internal viscosity distribution of gear pump and the viscosity influence on the pump efficiency, which provides scientific gist for the option of power source’s hydraulic oil in the deep-sea.
