摘    要:龙门式加工中心因其一次装夹即可完成铣、钻、镗、铰、攻等多种工序而应用广泛。为快速分析龙门式加工中心的可靠性,提出了基于MATLAB对其故障分布规律研究的一般步骤。应用新提出的步骤对国外某高档龙门式加工中心的可靠性进行了分析计算,得出了其故障分布规律服从对数正态分布。针对故障分布规律研究的一般步骤编写了综合性的函数文件,为其他学者进行故障分布规律研究提供较快捷、实用的方法。

Application of MATLAB in the Reliability Analysis of High-end Gantry Machining Center
Abstract:Gantry machining center applied in a wide range because of it can complete the milling , drilling, boring, hinge, tap-ping and other processes at one time clamping .In order to analyze the reliability of Gantry machining center , the general steps of the re-search of its failure distribution law based on MATLAB were presented .Based on this , the reliability of a foreign high-end gantry ma-chining center was analyzed and calculated , and the failure distribution law which follows lognormal distribution was obtained .And ac-cording to the general steps of the research of the failure distribution law , a comprehensive function file was written , which provides a fast and practical method for the study of failure distribution .
