某化肥厂氨氮废水处理及回用工程

摘    要:采用两级A/O-曝气生物滤池-深度处理对某化肥厂氨氮废水进行处理并回用。在进水COD、NH3-N、pH分别为438~865 mg/L、63~174 mg/L、8.16~9.15时,出水COD、NH3-N、pH分别为20~26 mg/L、0.2~0.7 mg/L、7.80~8.28,能够达到《炼油企业污水回用技术管理导则》中的初级再生水水质要求。运行实践证明了通过二段A/O-曝气生物滤池-深度处理工艺能够有效去除氮肥行业终端污水中的污染物。

Abstract:A combined process of two - stage A/O - biological aerated filter - advanced treatment was adopted in a chemical fertilizer plant for ammonia - nitrogen wastewater treatment and reuse. When the mass concentrations of COD, NH3 -N and the pH value of the influent water were 438 -865 rag/L, 63 - 174 mg/L and 8.16 -9. 15, respectively, through the treatment by the said process, the above indexes of the effluent water were 20 - 26 mg/L, 0. 2 - 0. 7 mg/L and 7. 80 - 8.28, respectively, which indicated that the effluent water could meet the quality requirement of primary reclaimed water in Management Guide for Sewage Recycling Technology of Refinery and Chemical Enterprises. The results of the operation practice showed that two - stage A/O - biological aerated filter - advanced treatment combined process could effectively remove the pollutants in terminal sewage of nitrogenous fertilizer industry.
