高压绝缘子在线检测与故障诊断方法

摘    要:针对电力系统中绝缘子在运行过程中存在的染污、裂纹、低阻等缺陷以及因绝缘子缺陷引起的电网事故,总结了目前常用的几种绝缘子在线检测方法;通过对每种方法的检测原理和优缺点进行分析对比,确定了检测不同缺陷时所适用的检测手段以及超声波在线检测的优点及重要性;结合智能电网的发展趋势,给出了超声波在线检测系统的总体设计思路。

Abstract:Several common on-line detection methods were summarized aiming at the familiar insulator faults such as stains,cracks and low resistivity,which generated in the long running process of insulators and the accidents of power grid caused by insulator flaws.The homologous detection method that suited for different flaws was confirmed and the importance of ultrasonic on-line detection was presented by analyzing and comparing the operating principles and advantages and disadvantages of on-line testing methods.The overall design idea of ultrasonic on-line detection system was presented based on the development trend of the smart grid.
