摘    要:装配式建筑施工过程中,预制预构件的制作和现场的混凝土的浇筑质量,除了混凝土施工的影响外,就是脱模剂的生产和应用水平。以铝模板和混凝土为主要对象,就废弃油脂制备装配式建筑用环保脱模剂进行可行性分析,可得:利用废弃油脂为原料,采用低碳环保且零废物生产工艺,制备新型环保脱模剂,适用于装配式建筑混凝土构配件的预制和现场浇筑,技术可行,成本低,效益高。

Abstract:In the process of construction of prefabricated buildings,the production of precast members and the pouring quality of on-site concrete,in addition to the influence on construction of concrete,the production and application quality of mold release agent.Aluminum mold and concrete as the main object,a feasibility study that the large amount of waste oil are used to prepare the the release agent of prefabricated building components shows adopting low carbon environmental protection and zero waste production processes,preparation of a new environmental release agent make it suitable for prefabricated components of precast concrete for construction and in situ,and the technology with low cost and high benefitis is feasible.
