| 摘 要： | 介绍了断路器选相合闸装置的基本原理、时间参数整定原则,分析了容性负载及感性负载的理想合闸时刻及控制时序。在此基础上,提出了利用继电保护测试仪进行断路器关合时间测试的方法及利用继电保护测试仪输出电压与开关位置、选相合闸装置、故障录波装置相结合的选相合闸性能测试方法。通过工程实例验证了试验方法的可行性及有效性。

| Abstract: | The basic principle and time parameter setting principle of the phase-selection closing device of circuit breaker are introduced.The ideal closing time and control sequence of capacitive load and inductive load are analyzed.On this basis,the method of circuit breaker closing time test by relay protection tester and the method of circuit breaker closing performance test by combining the output voltage of relay protection tester with switch position,phase selection closing device and fault recording device are put forward.The feasibility and effectiveness of the test method are verified by an engineering example. |
