浸渍整理芳纶/PAN预氧化纤维滤料性能

摘    要:以PTFE乳液和水性环氧树脂为整理液主要材料,对芳纶/PAN预氧化纤维滤料进行浸渍整理以改善滤料过滤性能。采用扫描电子显微镜对滤料进行形貌观察,并对滤料进行了拉伸性能、透气性、孔径尺寸和过滤性能测试。结果表明:浸渍整理后滤料中的纤维及纤维孔隙间形成树脂附着物,使滤料透气性和孔径减小,最小孔径、最大孔径和平均孔径分别减小了 9.30%、9.75%和9.08%,过滤效率得到改善,对于粒径≥0.3、≥0.5、≥1.0和≥2.5 μm微粒过滤效率分别提高了 32.40%、16.91%、4.45%和2.98%,然而滤料的拉伸断裂强力和断裂伸长率无明显变化,可满足除尘器对滤料机械性能的要求。

Abstract:In order to improve the filtration properties of filter based on aramid and pre-oxidized PAN fibers,the PTFE emulsion and water-borne epoxy resin as the main materials were used to treat the filters through dip finishing.The morphology of the filters was observed through scanning electron microscope,and the tensile properties,air permeability,pore size and filtration properties of the filters were tested.The results showed that:the resin attachment was observed on the fibers and in the pores formed with different fibers,which reduced the air permeability and pore size.The smallest pore size,maximum pore size and average pore size reduced by 9.30%,9.75% and 9.08%,respectively.The finished filter showed more excellent filtration efficiency.For particles with size of≥0.3,≥0.5,≥1.0 and≥2.5 μm,the filtration efficiency increased by 32.40%,16.91%,4.45% and 2.98%,respectively.However,the tensile breaking strength and elongation of finished filter had no obvious changes,which could satisfy the mechanical property requirements of filters used for dust collector.
