CMS抑制剂对鄂西高磷鲕状赤铁矿反浮选效果的研究

摘    要:对鄂西高磷鲕状赤铁矿进行了反浮选研究。将改性羧甲基阴离子淀粉(CMS)作为抑制剂代替传统的玉米淀粉,并配合自行研制的QD-01捕收剂,采用细磨-湿式强磁-反浮选小型试验对CMS的抑制效果进行了验证。试验结果表明:磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占90%时,胶磷矿与赤铁矿部分解离,但依旧有粘连;磁选后铁矿平均铁品位47.87%,P含量0.78%;在浮选温度为20~25℃时,采用CMS作抑制剂,能获得平均铁精矿大于53.22%、磷含量小于0.47%、浮选作业回收率大于58%的铁精矿。
