摘    要:在介绍杜安模型AMSAA模型的基础上,利用AMSAA模型,采用极大似然估计法,对某型微型燃气轮机进行了可靠性增长试验,验证了在预期其寿命时所需要的开发时间,这对提高该型装备可靠性具有重要的借鉴意义。
