摘    要:晶间腐蚀(IGA)和晶间应力腐蚀(IGSCC)被认为是在蒸汽发生器某些部位存在的杂质,由于沸滕和冷却循环较差而发生浓缩,以及传热管的应力、材料敏感性和温度的作用而引起的。防止IGA和IGSCC的措施包括:控制二次侧化学杂质、改善缝隙环境、定期的清洗和进行在役检查等。

Abstract:Intergranular corrosion (IGA) and intergranular stress corroison cracking (IGSCC) in tubes of steam generators are believed to be caused by impurities that concentrate at certain locations where boiling occurs and coolant circulation is poor, as well as by the effects of tube stress, material susceptibility and temperature. Following measures are used to prevent the IGA and IGSCC: secondary side chemical impurity control, improving crevice environments, periodic cleaning and in-service inspection.
