摘    要:通过管道材质和腐蚀物的化学成分分析、金相分析、能谱测试和X射线衍射检测等,对氯硅烷管道泄漏事故原因进行分析,指出外腐蚀是主要原因,对腐蚀机理进行探讨,并从管道设计、使用维护、开停车管理等方面提出改进建议。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of chemical composition,metallographic analysis,energy spectrum and X ray diffraction for the pipe material and corrosives products,the cause of the chlorosilane pipeline leakage accident was analyzed,and the external corrosion was pointed out as the main reason.The corrosion mechanism was discussed,and improvement suggestions were put forward from the aspects of pipeline design,use and maintenance,and start-up and shutdown management.
