航天测量仪器上外框架的研制

摘    要:对航天测量仪器转台上关键铸件外框架工艺进行了研究,采用树脂砂型和易溃散的树脂砂芯,采用铸件相同材质的芯撑,采取缝隙与中注开放式组合的浇注系统及合理的冷铁与冒口配置,制定合理外框架的工艺方案。在热处理时加限位。使得热处理后铸件的尺寸及性能符合设计要求。

Abstract:The key casting technics of out frame on the swivel table of space measuring device is studied. The rational technics schemes of the out frame are designed by adopting resinous sand mold, easily disheveled resinous sand core, the same core supported material with casting, the opened composite of gap and center pouring system and suitable layout of chill and feather. Position is restricted as heat treatment which makes the castings after heat treatment fit to the design requirements of size and performance.
