摘    要:
颗粒识别是基于显微图像的油液实时分析系统中的一项关键技术。本文考虑油液分析系统实用化要求,对基于显微图像的油液实时分析系统进行了系统架构设计和光路设计,在此基础上结合油液显微图像的特征,研究了适合本系统的颗粒识别技术,实现了在动态图像序列中快速准确地提取颗粒目标,为油液污染分析和磨粒分析奠定了基础。

Abstract:
Particle identification is a key technology in a real-time oil analysis system based on microscopical images. This article considered the practical requirements of the oil analysis system and designed its configuration and light routes, on the basis of which the particle identification that fits the system was studied, and the rapid and exact extraction of particle targets in dynamic image sequences was accomplished. All these lay the foundation for debris analysis and oil contamination analysis.
