摘    要:介绍一种抗盐雾型湿度传感器,它可实现温、湿度的双参数测量,通过温度补偿,提高了可靠性和精度。文中提供了系统的组成框图和实现方案,在介绍高分子湿敏电阻特性的基础上,分析了测量电路,给出了软件法温度补偿原理和具体方法,最后通过对补偿后曲线与实际曲线进行比较,讨论了试验结果。

Study on a kind of humidity sensor with temperature compensation used in salt air
Abstract:A kind of humidity sensor used in salt air is introduced in this paper which can measure temperature and humidity at same time. The reliability and precision are raised by software temperature compensation. The block diagram of system and implementation approach are given The measuring circuit is analyzed on basis of introducing the performances of the macromolecule humidity resistance. At last, the compensation principle and way by software program are given. The experimentation results are discussed after comparing the compensated curve with the actual curve.
