超高抗冲聚丙烯SP179的填充改性研究

摘    要:研究了中国石化齐鲁石化股份有限公司生产的牌号为SP179的超高抗冲聚丙烯,用碳酸钙、滑石粉分别对SP179填充改性进行了初步研究,并针对汽车保险杠研究了适用配方。结果表明,SP179为中流动性超高抗冲共聚聚丙烯,具有极高的耐冲击性能和良好的加工性能。碳酸钙和滑石粉分别填充改性的过程中,SP179都能保持好的流动性和拉伸性能,并且其弯曲模量和负荷变形温度亦有较大提高,刚性粒子增韧效果明显,在改性过程中弹性体可以少加甚至不加。

Abstract:SP179, one of ultra-high impact polypropylene, manufactured in SINOPEC Qilu Co. Ltd. ,was studied. SP179 modificated by filling calcium carbonate or talcum powder respectively was researched. The applicable formulation on collision bumper was investigated. The results show that SP179,which is a ultra-high impact polypropylene of middle fluidity, behaves high impact property and excellent processing performance. SP179 retaines good fluidity and elongation properties during being modificated with calcium carbonate or talcum powder respectively. And the flexural modulus and heat distortion temperature of modificated SP179 are improved greatly. SP179 is toughened greatly with rigid inorganic filler, and the dosage of thermoplastic elastomer can be reduced or be zero even.
