摘    要:为了强化济钢3号350m^3高炉炉缸的修复、解决炉缸易堆积问题,进一步改善高炉技术指标,济钢开发了含钛物料包芯线法定向护炉技术。应用效果表明:该技术简单易行,操作方便,安全可靠,冷却壁热负荷可减少8%~10%。

Abstract:The technology of BF protection with Ti - bearing cored wire was developed in Jinan Iron and Steel Co. in order to intensify the restoration of No. 3 BF hearth and resolve the problem of hearth deposition with purpose of improving the technical and economic indices. The application effects show this technology is simple and safe, the heat load of the coding stave can reduce by 8% ~ 10%.
