摘    要:介绍了宁夏英力特西部热电公司锅炉引风机替代脱硫增压风机技术改造的节能效果。通过摸底分析认为,锅炉引风机和脱硫增压风机选型参数偏大,导致运行中风机效率低,电耗高,影响机组经济运行。依据摸底试验结果,制订了用引风机替代增压风机的改造方案。

Abstract:Introduces the energy saving effect of technical retrofit of boiler draft fan substituting desulphurization booster fan in Ningxia Yinglite Western Thermal Power Company,through analyzing the author considers the selection parameter of boiler induced draft fan and desulphurization booster fan is large,leads to low efficiency of induced draft fan in operation,high power loss influences the units economic operation.Based on the test results makes up the retrofiting schemes for the integration of induced draft fan and booster fan.
